This policy describes how Voltex Physical Therapy, LLC (“Voltex Physical Therapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information you provide through www.voltexpt.com, its sub-domains and affiliated sites, and our accounts on Facebook®, Instagram®, LinkedIn®, TikTok®, X®, and YouTube® (collectively, the “Sites”). We do not share client opt-in information — including mobile phone numbers and consent records — with affiliates or third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every information-sharing category described in this policy, other than the aggregators and providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
