Short letters from a doctor of physical therapy on training smarter, recovering faster, and building a body that keeps up with what you love. No fear-mongering. No fluff. One idea you can use today.

WHO’S WRITING?
I built Voltex because I got tired of watching capable people get handed a sheet of stretches and a shrug. You don’t need to be babied. You need to know what your body is actually asking for – and how to train through it instead of around it.
So every few weeks I write one short letter about the stuff that actually moves the needle: load management, recovery that’s worth your time, what the research really says, and how to keep getting stronger in your 40s, 50s, and beyond.
If you run, lift, swing a racquet, or just want to still be doing this in twenty years – this is for you!

WHAT’S INSIDE
How to keep training around a niggle instead of shutting everything down and losing six weeks of fitness.
Which recovery tools are worth your money and your minutes — and which ones are expensive placebo.
How to build strength that holds up at mile 20, set five, or the third set — not just in the gym.
What the evidence actually says, translated out of academic-speak and into something you can do this week.
How to keep making progress past 40, and why “just accept it” is terrible advice.
Sport-specific work for runners, triathletes, golfers, and racquet players — whatever your level.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The letters draw on the same work we do in the clinic every day. If one of these is you, you’ll recognize yourself in most issues.
