ABOUT USVoltex PT · North Austin
Doctors of Physical Therapy giving one-on-one care to athletes and active adults at our North Austin clinic.

Our story
Too often, active people are told to rest, slow down or give up the activities that define them. Dr. Hector Tricas, PT, DPT, PhD, founded Voltex Physical Therapy to offer something different: doctoral-level, one-on-one care from physical therapists in Austin who are athletes too.
Dr. Hector is a three-time NCAA Division II national champion swimmer with Queens University of Charlotte. Today our team of four Doctors of Physical Therapy, including two board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialists, helps runners, lifters, triathletes, racquet athletes, golfers and active adults recover from injury and keep doing what they love.

Why Voltex
Every visit is with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, start to finish.
Time to find the real cause of your pain, not just the sore spot.
Manual therapy, dry needling, NEUBIE and BFR, combined in one plan.
Our team swims, lifts, runs, fences and plays tennis and golf. We get what you’re training for.
We also share free videos, recovery tips and The Voltex Monthly, a short letter on training, recovery and performance.
